AM 730 Traffic went off the air on Wednesday, July 26, 2024 without any notice.
Why sign this petition? Because a 24 hour, traffic/ferry/weather/police/hot spot and more station is AN ESSENTIAL SERVICE IN VANCOUVER. There is no twitter feed no app no web link that covers as much ground and is as useful to ALL TYPES OF OF TRAVELLERS in the Lower Mainland.
AM 730 is currently owned by owned by Toronto-based Corus Entertainment. Here is their phone number: 1 416 479 7000. You can ask to talk to Patrick in the 'radio division'. Not much chance of changing the minds of people so distant. But maybe - maybe - so many people will sign this petition that thoughts will be RETHOUGHT!!
