Aly & AJ Michalka (now known as 78Violet) recorded an incredible album with producer/songwriter David Kahne in 2012. These aspiring ladies teased songs off of this recently shelved album in mid 2013 in hopes of being picked up by a major label. There has been no news on the signing front so far, but it's believed they're in negotiations as they've been recording newer music. It's been almost 7 years since the release of their last studio album Insomniatic, and they're expected to release an EP in the coming months with an album to follow, but there's still no guarantee of this happening as it's been all talk, no play the past few years. With all this being said, it'd be highly appreciated if anyone could sign this petition so maybe, just maybe fans will hear the studio versions of the live songs they played to a crowd of 500+ fans last year.
