I want the day after Halloween off for all alvin isd schools. Halloween is holiday where AT NIGHT kids go out and trick or treat or go to parties. If you put this holiday on a school night it isn’t the same, you have to go to bed on time (which is early for a lot of kids) and if you stay out late you pay the price the next day. To avoid both of these situations the obvious solution is to cancel school the day after Halloween (November 1st)
