Hands Off Higher Education: A Moment to Reflect

Please join us at noon on Thursday to applaud and support the university’s decision to defend academic freedom and the university’s independence in the face of severe threats from the federal government. Many people are working at the same time to defend academic freedom and expand freedom of speech within the university as well. We hope that faculty, students, and staff will come and reflect on how to manifest freedom in their lives and their work at Harvard, how they and the institution should navigate this treacherous moment, and what we must do to support one another and remain true to our values.

Let us safeguard our freedom together.
