Joe Paterno has done so much for the community of Penn State and the Central Pennsylvania Region. He is being held to a higher standard...why? Because he is Joe Paterno. We can not allow a legend who has run a clean program for 4 decades to be tarnished by the acts of someone no longer associated with the football program amid alleged accusations. Even if proven to be true, Paterno reported it to his superiors, Sandusky was banned from the campus. What else should the man do? Paterno should not be held to an unreasonable moral highground just because of who he is. Are we going to let this incident tarnish four decades of service to the community. Don't let this happen to Joe!!!
