4TH POSITIONING FOR A PERMANENT CEASEFIRE, THE RELEASE OF ORION HERNANDEZ RADOX, AGAINST THE OCCUPATION OF THE GAZA STRIP, AND THE GENOCIDE OF THE PALESTINIAN PEOPLE.
In light of the Israeli government's public intentions to continue its extermination war against the people of the Gaza Strip, despite the temporary four-day ceasefire agreed upon by the parties, we maintain our position in favor of peace, denouncing the ongoing genocide, and advocating for the release of Orion Hernandez Radoux and Ileana Gritzewsky, Mexicans kidnapped by the Palestinian militia of Hamas.
We denounce Tel Aviv's genocidal war, which, despite its promise to achieve "military objectives" and to destroy the Palestinian military resistance and save the captives, has caused at least 17,144 deaths, including 7,208 children and 3,716 women. After 50 days of hostilities, this is a war of ignominy and defeat, as there is evidence that the Israeli occupation army is failing, as Hamas presents a tenacious resistance even with control over the captives.
Contrarily, the outcome of Israel's war crimes has led to 206 healthcare workers killed and 236 others injured, with 22 hospitals, 46 ambulances, and 55 clinics attacked, in addition to 60 journalists killed. The disastrous violation of international law and the 1949 Geneva Convention is confirmed, along with the destruction of 253 schools, 80 mosques, and 3 churches.
We denounce Tel Aviv's illegal and illegitimate intention to militarily and permanently occupy the northern part of the Gaza Strip in the long term, as promoted by officials and commentators in the Western press, who seek to encourage "voluntary migration" of the Palestinian people. As a result, there is evidence of the forced displacement of 1.7 million Palestinians to the southern part of the Strip due to bombings. This would effectively result in the dispossession of Palestinian territory.
We demand that Israel renounce war and uphold a permanent ceasefire for the comprehensive establishment of peace negotiations, addressing the needs of the civilian population, the release of all captives, the reconstruction of infrastructure, and the elimination of the regime of racial segregation.
We demand that the Mexican government, under Lopez Obrador, sever diplomatic relations with Israel due to its intention to complete the genocide of the people of Gaza and promptly send humanitarian aid in kind to the Rafah border crossing.

TERCER PRONUNCIAMIENTO POR EL CESE AL FUEGO, CONTRA EL BLOQUEO A LOS HOSPITALES Y POR LA LIBERTAD DE ORIÓN HERNÁNDEZ RADOUX E ILEANA GRITZEWSKY.
Ciudad de México a 14 de Noviembre de 2023.
Ante el despliegue de una tercera fase de la guerra de exterminio de Israel con el asedio total a hospitales y campos de refugiados, además de la invasión terrestre y el permanente sitio, corte de Internet, telefonía, agua, electricidad en la franja de Gaza y la fuerte represión en Cisjordania, volvemos a sostener nuestra posición a favor de la paz y por la liberación de Orión Hernández Radoux e Ileana Gritzewsky, mexicanos secuestrados por el movimiento islámico Hamas desde el 7 de octubre.
A pesar de las evidencias del desplazamiento forzado de más de un millón de personas, el saldo de más de 12 mil civiles muertos de los cuales 4, 609 eran niños, casi 50 periodistas asesinados y los ataques destructivos contra 253 escuelas, 71 mezquitas, 3 iglesias y ambulancias; el gobierno de Israel sigue desplegando una bárbara estrategia de guerra genocida que provoca crímenes de guerra violatorios del derecho Internacional y la Convención de Ginebra de 1949 sobre la protección de civiles.
El extremo de la guerra provoca que 39 bebes prematuros que necesitan incubadoras estén muriendo dentro del hospital Al Shifa además que francotiradores disparen afuera de hospitales con la complicidad de los gobiernos de Estados Unidos, el Reino Unido y Alemania que impiden el cese al fuego.
Exigimos a la embajadora israelí en México, Einat Kranz Neiger, que demande a su gobierno cesar inmediatamente la guerra para el pronto establecimiento de corredores humanitarios y las negociaciones de paz entre las partes para la presentación con vida de todos los cautivos. Exigimos al gobierno mexicano del presidente López Obrador que rompa relaciones diplomáticas con el Estado de Israel en protesta por el genocidio en marcha que también atenta directamente contra la vida de los secuestrados.

Mexico City, October 13, 2023.
Given the war unleashed between the Islamic militant group Hamas and the Israeli armed forces, which has resulted in not only over 3,000 deaths on both sides but also the capture of 150 hostages of Israeli and other international nationalities. We are a collective of women and men, friends and family of Orion Hernandez Radoux, a Mexican national who has been kidnapped by the group of fighters and allegedly taken into the Gaza Strip. Orion was traveling in Israel and attended the Supernova Music Festival on Saturday, October 7, which was located near the central part of the Gaza Strip.
We maintain that during the massacre that day, Orion was taken by the militant group as his body has not been found in the area, nor is he listed among the deceased. Similarly, the Mexican national Ileana Gritzewsky was kidnapped in a nearby community. Therefore, as an organized collective, we demand that the government of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in order to establish comprehensive peace talks aimed at the release of Orion and all the hostages, immediately cease military actions against the civilian and defenseless population in the Gaza Strip and West Bank.
The artillery bombardments are even endangering the lives of the hostages, so a display of responsibility and concern for the lives of their own Israeli and international citizens would be to halt the war. We strongly demand that the Israeli ambassador to Mexico, Einat Kranz Neiger, urge her government to cease military hostilities and promptly establish humanitarian corridors to protect the lives of children, women, and to present all the hostages alive.
We invite Mexican society and the media to remain vigilant in demanding peace, as well as to take peaceful actions aimed at the release of Orion, Ileana, and all the kidnapped individuals.

Ante la guerra desatada entre el grupo de milicianos islámicos de Hamas y las fuerzas armadas de Israel que ha provocado no solo más de 3 mil muertos por ambos bandos, también dio como resultado la captura de 150 rehenes secuestrados de nacionalidad israelí y otros internacionales. Somos un colectivo de mujeres y hombres; amigos y familiares de Orión Hernández Radoux de nacionalidad mexicana que ha sido secuestrado por el grupo de combatientes y presuntamente llevado dentro de la franja de Gaza. Orión se encontraba de viaje por Israel y asistió el sábado 7 de octubre al Festival de Música Supernova cuya locación se encontraba cerca de la parte central de la franja de Gaza. Sostenemos que durante la masacre de ese día, Orión fue tomado por el grupo de militantes pues NO se ha encontrado su cuerpo en la zona y tampoco se encuentra en la lista de asesinados. De la misma manera, la mexicana Ileana Gritzewsky fue secuestrada en una comunidad cercana. Por ello, como Colectivo organizado exigimos al gobierno del primer ministro israelí, Benjamín Netanyahu que, para el establecimiento de conversaciones de paz integrales y encaminadas a la liberación de Orión y todos los rehenes, detenga inmediatamente las acciones militares contra la población civil e indefensa en la franja de Gaza y Cisjordania. Los ataques con bombardeos de artillería están incluso atentando contra la vida de los secuestrados por lo que una muestra de responsabilidad y preocupación por la vida de sus propios ciudadanos israelíes e internacionales sería detener la guerra. Exigimos determinantemente a la embajadora israelí en México, Einat Kranz Neiger que conmine a su gobierno a cesar las hostilidades militares y el pronto establecimiento de corredores humanitarios para proteger la vida de niños, mujeres y que presenten con vida a todos los rehenes. Invitamos a la sociedad mexicana y a los medios de comunicación a mantenerse en alerta para exigir la paz, así como para realizar acciones pacíficas encaminadas a la liberación de Orión e Ileana y de todos los secuestrados.
