We, the public, are requesting for the Eutsey/Moore Children that are currently under the care of Theresa Shipley to please be removed & placed with a new foster family that will provide a safe & loving home. We would like the children to please be removed from Theresa Shipley’s care immediately. The children’s names are: Kyzer Moore Eutsey, Gracelynn’Mae Moore Eutsey & King Moore Eutsey. 

This causes a major conflict of interest being in the care of Theresa Shipley, as she is the mother of Sarah Shipley. This environment is not the best placement for the children after all they have endured. We, the public, feel this will cause detrimental harm to the children’s well being. We do not feel this in the best interest of the children being in Theresa Shipley’s care. Furthermore, we worry the mental well being of the children will be hindered due to this as this raises a conflict of interest. We ask that someone truly special, with the capabilities, compassion, resources, knowledge & no conflict of interest be appointed to care for these children. We also ask an educated professional be appointed to help with any trauma & provide the necessary resources to help the children heal from the trauma they just witnessed. 

We are requesting the next foster family to be screened properly to ensure abuse will not be happening. We are requesting frequent check-ins are being completed to guarantee the children’s safety. We are advocating for the children to prevent further abuse from happening again. Their sister, Renesmay Eutsey, was killed by her previous caretaker, which the children were witness to. The current caretaker, Theresa Shipley, is the mother of Sarah Shipley. Sarah Shipley’s wife, Kourtney Eutsey, has been charged with Renesmay Eutsey’s death. The investigation is currently ongoing. We urge you to consider the major conflict of interest this causes with the children being in the care of Theresa Shipley. We ask you to consider the effects this will have on the children’s well being & mental health. 

We ask you to remove the children immediately from Theresa Shipley’s care due to the conflict of interest. We are prepared to take this to the Commissioner’s office & move forward & utilize  any other outlets necessary to ensure the children’s safety.
