PROJECT NAME: "Alsphalt Villa: Relocation of Residents From the Squatter Area"

INTRODUCTION:

Multiple diseases are known to be contagious and can kill a lot of people who are prone in the squatter area. One of the main reasons why lots of dangerous mosquitoes grow is the failure of throwing the stuck water in the surroundings. Another one is the problem of garbage which causes severe and dangerous impacts not just to the environment, but also to the health of every individual. Many studies explain people who are prone to such diseases come from the squatter area. Thus, this project introduces the Alsphalt Villa. The Alsphalt Villa is an operation that implements the creation of houses for the residents in the squatter area to live in. It seeks to transfer people from their previous compartments and live in a new and much cleaner area. It can benefit the people as they will be in a safer area. It is also beneficial to the country as it enables them to freely renovate the area and build a new and more sturdy panorama that people can visit.

PURPOSE:

The main aim of this project is to relocate people to a safer area that is not highly prone to dangerous diseases. Relocating the residents to such a locale enables the government to give order in reconstructing the squatter area and improve its set. This project promises to lessen the unpleasant sight of the area, hence, improvements to the structure are guaranteed.

DESCRIPTION:

Maximum of 10, 000 houses. Each family will be given a ready-built house but the equipment inside the cabin will not be given. The Alsphalt Villa will be located in Filinvest 2, Quezon City which consists of a 301m² lot area.

Descriptions of the houses are the following:

•Each structure would be skim coated and painted.
•It would be 4x4 spacing inside the house.
•The houses would not be having a second floor, hence, they would have a small ground in the front yard.
