My response to a false report filed only a few weeks ago regarding an allegation called in to Illinois Department of Child and family services regarding my daughter’s whereabouts by another family member who was dissatisfied with The results of a court hearing that occurred the Friday before.

 This letter has been entered into the case and will be heard during a Mid-July status hearing. Request to obtain the callers name due to the freedom of information act with request number 06251063 was denied. Although, there is a significant amount of evidence against the individual.

  I am seeking felony charges.
