Allow Vaccine Choice for Children at Our Diocese of Savannah Catholic Schools

The Issue

Recently, Bishop Parkes of the Diocese of Savannah, along with the Superintendent of Schools for the Savannah Diocese have  decided that they will not accept any exemption for vaccinations. This discrimination includes no allowances for moral decisions based on fetal cell use, as well as possible previous vaccine injury or proven immune status. This is not only illegal according to Ga law, but it also goes against church teachings, that man has the right to act in conscience and in freedom so as personally to make moral decisions."He must not be forced to act contrary to his conscience. Nor must he be prevented from acting according to his conscience, especially in religious matters."(CCC 1782).  This decision sets an alarming precedent for the Diocese of Savannah. Please let the Bishop know how you feel about this unjust decision!
