In our school, we are unable to use our phones during lunch breaks, an issue that affects every student, not just me. Studies have highlighted the importance of mental rest during school hours, suggesting that the responsible use of phones can actually improve focus and mental well-being. By not allowing us to use phones during lunch, the school is depriving us of the resourcefulness and connectivity they provide. We, as members of the student body, urge the School Administration to reconsider this rule and allow the responsible use of phones during lunch breaks.
