The Ferals are group of animals from an Australian series of the same name from the 1990s in the form of puppets, which aren't the Muppet kind due to not being associated with the Jim Henson Company. They also had a show called Feral TV, which had the titular foursome become TV Stars as part of a pirate TV show. After that show ended, Mixy the rabbit started to host ABC for Kids programming for a few years, whilst Modigliana (or for short) become the puppet co-host of an Australian show that provides information about animals known as Creature Features alongside Nick Hardcastle and later Adam Saunders.

After that the Ferals were put to rest, up until recently that is as they except for Derryn ended up crashing an ABC3 New Years Eve event, which is a sign that they should given a new series in some form. It could be a reboot to The Ferals, it could be an animated Ferals series, or it could be something that makes use of celebrity guest stars, either one will do. They could even introduce a new character or so, coming of course from Australia's other well known Feral species.
