The Issue
I am a student who deeply believes in the voice of the youth and the power we have to make change. Recently, I've noticed an increasing restlessness among my fellow students, as they feel that their voices are not being heard regarding pressing issues that affect us all. It's essential that we unite and stand together to express our concerns and demand positive changes in our community.
We propose to hold a protest at 4:10 pm after school, a time when our streets are busy and our message can be effectively communicated to a larger audience. However, for safety and academic precautions, it's important that this protest is scheduled carefully so that it doesn't interfere with our studies or endanger any participants.
By rescheduling to a time that is after school hours, we ensure that students can fully participate without the risk of missing important lessons. It’ll also ensure that everyone can engage safely when the streets are more secure and the heightened traffic can amplify our visibility without creating unnecessary hazards.
We urge school officials, community leaders, and local authorities to support our right to peacefully assemble and speak out on the issues that matter to us most. Your support is crucial in emphasizing the importance of student voices in shaping a better future. Together, we can create a platform where our concerns are heard and taken seriously.
Please sign this petition to show your support for our protest after school at 4:10 pm. Let's ensure that our voices, concerns, and dreams for a better future are not only heard but respected and acted upon.
