I understand there are updates coming, but it’s going to take months or a few years to overhaul the game and we can wait for that? It’s just like the mentality or our flashbacks of Cyberpunk 2077, No Mans Sky and Sea of Thieves. You knew those scenarios in the past and got you all fed up at the end, right?

To the Supporters of this petition or a new supporter coming in here, PLEASE BE POLITE and BE VERY DISCIPLINED TO THE DEVELOPERS, When trying to communicate with them.

Our goal is to Spread the message to Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo (Probably Rockstar) to make a Special Offering of Refunds for the GTA: The Trilogy: The Definitive Edition.

Just like what Cyberpunk 2077 did last year. Because these companies are slow on responding, delayed or being Denied our Refund Request, which is very Unacceptable to a consumer’s Standpoint.

Description:

Since the Messy Launch of Grand Theft Auto: The Definitive Edition on November 11, and a Rocky Launch for the PC version due to the Rockstar Games Launcher Outrage issues and took three days to fix it.

PC Players can get Refunds easily (Via Xsolla), but Console Players are having a hard time doing a proper refund, even trying within an hour or before 14 days.  Due to PlayStation, Xbox or Nintendo’s Strict or Near Anti-Consumer Refund Policies.

The Remastered games were full of Bugs, Glitches, Crashes, and Ugly Character Models that are so bad. They’re kinda look Sims-like models messing the Charm of the Characters.

Rockstar Games had lack of Responsibility for letting the Trash Remaster made by Grove Street Games Butchering the Original Trilogy Mechanics and Features (not the Controls or the Quality of Life features) with the likes of Grand Theft Auto 3, Vice City and San Andreas.

Even they pulled the Originals Games out of all the digital stores as well, becoming impossible to Purchase and newly download as a new Customer. (Unless you have a original PS2/Xbox Copy or Brought it already, if you’re lucky), before Take Two/Rockstar took it down.

And what’s even worse was that this remaster cost $60 and it’s made by Grove Street Games, Formerly War Drum Studios responsible for the Weak Mobile ports of the 3 OG GTAs.

Also Take Two Interactive use DMCA Takedowns on all modders, even harassed their Families to pressure them to shut their GTA mods down and scammed us with a Broken and Butchered remaster.

Even the Metacritic Scores gets even worst more than Cyberpunk 2077. Also IGN give the game a 5 out of 10 or a Mediocre Score.

So Gamers on the side of PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo and the Rockstar Community should speak up and demand a refund to send a message. And also Bring back the 3 Original GTA games to the PlayStation Store and Xbox Marketplace. 

Even I hope we can wake up or let the Class Action lawyers sue Take-Two Interactive for False Advertising the GTA Trilogy: The Definitive Edition. And Modders must unite with the Class Action Lawyers sue them to make Take Two Interactive even more worse on their public image, due to harassing the Modder’s families were unacceptable and Unethical.

Maybe the Reason why the Petition Gain Momentum, either it’s because the #SaveRedDeadOnline and the #BoycottRockstarGames Community were pissed that Rockstar Can’t Communicate to their fanbase and decided to hold the Definitive Edition Profits Hostage via Demanding Refunds in this Petition as a Punishment on Rockstar/Take-Two for Not listening to the Red Dead Fans, trying to Punished GTA Modders and other Problems.

And Battlefield 2042 Refund Petition made Headlines that we might help them Pressure together for PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo to fix or Revamp their Refund Policies.

Update for Nintendo Switch Users:

It turns out that you can refund from the Nintendo Eshop, despite Nintendo saying that they can’t offer refunds. But what they said it’s a lie, especially the Nintendo Fanboys kept saying that to scare you.

you can get a refund from the Nintendo Support, and I got mine finally! Maybe unless you give a reason to refund or you get the point.
