In case you didn't know, PSN ID changing was introduced in 2019. This can allow users to fix typos, make less childish names if they've grown up, and so much more. But in that so much more, that includes being able to change your username to reflect your identity, and trans people would be super happy about this. Except... it's only for accounts that are at least 18 in age. I am trans and am 13, and am extremely frustrated by this age restriction. Trans issues aren't any worse or better in youth when it comes to deadnames. It won't be worth it to wait 5-6 years just to change my name. My mom tried calling support 4 times and none of them were able to change my name. Isn't this what support is supposed to be able to do? All they were able to do is update my email, which is much less important to me.
