In England you can form a bubble if;

your household includes a child who is under the age of one or was under that age on 2 December 2020.

This is not the case for Scotland. This has already been a hard year and as a new parent, additional support is very helpful from Grandparents (as an example). We are not getting to see Health Visitors and other services on a regular basis and without this support it can lead to Mental Health issues, due to loneliness, lack of sleep, self doubt to name a few.
