I am a resident of DSM, But support, Panora, IA, USA and it deeply saddens me to see our beloved local business, Panora, facing closure due to threats on social media. They are uncomfortable returning to their jobs. This is not just a loss for us as a community but also for the COUNTLESS ANIMALS that this organization has been saving. This is a loss for our animals we could be saving in the future. 

Panora has been an integral part of our community for years now. They have tirelessly worked towards rescuing and rehabilitating animals in need. In 2019 alone, they managed to save over 200 animals (source: Local Animal Welfare Records). Our town without Panora's selfless service would be unimaginable.

The closure of this organization will not only leave these innocent creatures helpless but also rob us of an institution that teaches compassion and empathy towards all living beings. We cannot let fear dictate the future of such an essential service.

We urge you to support us in allowing Panora to continue their work by ensuring worker safety and taking strict actions against those who threaten them on social media platforms. Let's stand together as a community against such threats and ensure that our beloved animal rescue continues its noble mission.
