Allow non-advertising posters on light/telephone poles in concord MA

Allow non-advertising posters on light/telephone poles in concord MA

The Issue

I am a teenager in Concord, MA, fighting for our town's bylaws to change. I want to allow posters 8.5"x11" on street poles; these posters would be easily removable, applied with tape or staples. The edited law would allow for any poster that would not be an advertisement (eg, babysitting ads, landscaping ads). posters allowed would include, but not be limited to, lost animal posters, missing persons posters, political candidate posters, and upcoming event posters. Street poles would stay clean as posters applied cannot be left up for more than thirty days, and posters applied must not be placed on top of another poster. Posters must not face the road and cannot be placed more than six feet off the ground.
