Student athletes in North Carolina are being deemed ineligible by the North Carolina High School Athletic Association for not meeting credit requirements because AP credit is not counted until the end of the year.

These student athletes should be granted a waiver, as long as they meet all other requirements, instead of being told they are not eligible. Some of them are missing out on their final season as a high school athlete and may never play the sport they love again.

Please help them and sign this petition to the NCHSAA so these athletes aren't being punished for excelling in the classroom.
