The Issue

When we reflect on our high school journey, we each recall a remarkable figure that has fueled our passion for learning and supported us throughout countless challenges. For over 90% of the senior class of 2025, that person is Mrs. Pearson.

It would be a significant and meaningful honor for the senior class to have their diplomas presented to them by Mrs. Pearson, a person who has significantly impacted their high school journey. Thus, we petition the school board to acknowledge the value of such an individual by allowing Mrs. Pearson to present students their diplomas at the graduation ceremony

Throughout the years, Mrs. Pearson has played a pivotal role in our academic journey. She has been the backbone of our learning experience, providing a nurturing environment for every student she's helped to mold. Her presence at graduation is not just symbolic, it's an integral part of our high school story.

It's a fitting tribute to a teacher who has dedicated countless hours to our development and a chance to honor the special bond formed between a teacher and her students.
