The Lowell Angels, our local competitive baseball team, are in need of your support to access Alumni Baseball Field for their upcoming playoffs. This team's roster is comprised of talented local athletes who have been striving to represent our community at the highest levels of competition. However, the board of directors has recently restricted adult teams from using this prestigious field, forcing the Angels to resort to alternative locations such as Campbell and Shed Park. Unfortunately, neither of these fields meets the stringent league standards required for playoff games.

It’s crucial for the Lowell Angels to have a suitable field where they can showcase their skills and compete effectively. Alumni Field, with its top-tier facilities, is perfectly equipped to meet the needs of high-level playoff baseball. Currently, the field is sitting unused, which means granting access to the Angels would not interfere with any scheduled events or obligations.

Allowing the Lowell Angels to use Alumni Field is not only beneficial for the team but also for our city. By providing the field, the City of Lowell could generate revenue through permit fees. This is a mutually beneficial arrangement that supports our local athletes and helps foster community spirit and pride.
