Allow Lindsay Clancy to speak to and see her family

Allow Lindsay Clancy to speak to and see her family
The Issue
As a PPP/PPD/PPA survivor, my heart is crushed to learn that this woman and mother is unable to speak or see her family. This only scratches the surface to the way perinatal mothers are treated in the criminal justice system. Lindsay Clancy is currently being treated at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, MA and guarded 24/7 by two Duxbury policeman as she awaits her arraignment for the unfortunate events that took place while under outpatient psychiatric treatment.
Could you imagine waking up to this sort of nightmare and not being able to talk to or get support from the people who love you most? To feel so incredibly alone and isolated. Imagine her family and how hard this has to be on them to not be able to give Lindsay a hug, listen and cry together in the midst of this tragedy. It is inhumane to treat a mother and family this way.
If you believe that Lindsay should be allowed to speak to and see her family, please sign this petition.
Signed,
A concerned mother, PPD/PPA/ PPP Survivor
