This is a heartfelt appeal from LaTroy Lee, who has been your dedicated mail carrier since 2016. For nearly six years as being a Regular, I have had the honor of serving my beloved community, on a route , nobody wanted from the beginning. I started building relationships that feel more like extended family ties than mere postal service interactions. Each day, as I walk my route, I'm not just delivering mail—I'm nurturing connections, sharing moments of laughter, and even supporting one another through life's challenges.

I’ve faced personal hardships, including living with a heart condition and experiencing the terrifying ordeal of being robbed at gunpoint during my break. Despite these adversities, the sincere support and kindness from each of you, my customers, have been a source of comfort and strength. Conversations on my route often go beyond the mail; they are exchanges full of genuine care and friendship that surpass traditional roles.

As of July 2026 , the Concord Post Office is forcing all mail carriers to change routes , no matter the seniority. Which I feel is very wrong, when “Us Carriers” have built a community with there “Customers” (Family) for years and years. It should be the carriers decision whether to change routes or not. Your signatures will not only help me maintain my position but will also help other “Mail Carriers” that have No voice stand as a testament to the meaningful relationships we’ve cultivated over the years.
