In these unprecedented times, flexibility in education is paramount. That's why we, the community of the International Schools Group (ISG) Dhahran, are calling upon the administration to approve a hybrid learning model. Specifically, we request:

• Immediate return to in person learning for those families and staff who are in the Kingdom; and
• Continuation of virtual learning for the remainder of the school year for those abroad or hesitant about physical attendance.

Moreover, if in-person classes cannot resume immediately, it is imperative to arrange an in person town hall style meeting involving board members, school management, and parents. This meeting should aim to discuss the reasons behind the continuation of exclusively virtual learning and explore viable alternatives that can cater to the entire community's needs. Transparency and collaboration are crucial in making informed decisions that impact our children's future.

We need a balanced approach that seamlessly integrates the well-being, education quality, and safety of our students.
