I am a part of a small local community in Winston-Salem NC which does not believe in automobiles. Me and a lot of other members of my community prefer to get around via horse drawn buggy. Throughout my life me and my community have faced difficulty traveling and navigating our everyday lives due to not being able to bring our horses on roads.

Allowing horses to ride on roads would drastically help my community and give us so many more opportunities in life.

My daughter recently got diagnosed with Measles and my family has been struggling to get her help due to the laws about horses so being able to ride out horse buggies on certain roads would greatly benefit my family and community.
