The family has lodged an appeal to have their visa reinstated. This means that Raj has work rights while they await the outcome, allowing him to continue running the business and supporting his family.
The solicitors have also submitted an application to the Minister for Immigration, seeking ministerial intervention. At this stage, it is simply a matter of waiting for a decision.
