With enough signatures, I think we can change the dress code at Bridgeland High School to allow students to wear nike shorts or denim shorts that may have considered a violation during the 2018-2019 school year.

In our neighboring high schools, Cypress Ranch High School and Cypress Woods High School, students are allowed to wear athletic shorts. Even at Bridgeland, I’ve seen boys wear shorter shorts than nike shorts, before. If Bridgeland is a fair school, they will allow girls to wear athletic shorts. 

If enough of our student body signs this petition, there will be a higher likely chance that the staff at Bridgeland next year will be more lenient with shorts lengths. Thank you!
