Hi my name is Cydney and I am a senior at Boca Raton Community High School, this year marks my last opportunity to stand alongside my fellow choir members and perform at significant school events. The Boca High choir has been a cherished part of my life for the past four years, not only enriching my high school experience but also serving as a powerful advocate for our school and the arts.

Our choir has consistently brought pride and recognition to Boca High, and performing 'Homeward Bound' at our graduation ceremony would be a fitting tribute to our dedication and passion. This song, with its heartfelt message of homecoming and journeying forward, resonates deeply with the graduating class, making it the ideal piece to bid farewell to our high school years.

Moreover, by allowing the choir to sing at graduation, we would be affirming the importance of arts in education.
