Dear members of the community,

We are writing to rally support for a cause that is near and dear to our hearts – securing the much-needed repairs for a building that has generously housed our non-profit organization for almost 13 years.

As many of you know, our community center has been a vital hub for various activities, events, and services that have brought us closer together. Countless memories have been created within these walls, and it has become a place where people of all ages and backgrounds can come together to learn, grow, and connect. However, last year a vehicle had driven into our building, causing immense damage. But as repairs were completed, city inspections had shed more light on even further internal upgrade required first to open the building.  This was an unforeseen expense unfortunately to PNC.

The generous support from PNC Bank has been instrumental in enabling us to use this space all these years. Now, we are seeking their continued partnership in allowing us to take on the additional costs to restore this historical building to its former glory. Our vision is not just to fix the structural issues but to create an even more inclusive and accessible space for everyone.

We firmly believe that together, as a united community comprised of residents of Plainfield and surrounding communities, together with partner organizations, we can demonstrate to PNC Bank the immense value this center holds in our lives. Your signature on this petition will be a powerful statement, showing PNC Bank the overwhelming support from the community to allow us to refurbish our beloved space.

Le escribimos para reunir apoyo para una causa que es cercana y querida para nuestros corazones: asegurar las reparaciones tan necesarias para un edificio que ha albergado generosamente a nuestra organización sin fines de lucro durante casi 13 años.

Como muchos de ustedes saben, nuestro centro comunitario ha sido un centro vital para varias actividades, eventos y servicios que nos han unido más. Se han creado innumerables recuerdos dentro de estas paredes, y se ha convertido en un lugar donde personas de todas las edades y orígenes pueden reunirse para aprender, crecer y conectarse. Sin embargo, el año pasado un vehículo se había metido en nuestro edificio, causando daños inmensos. Pero a medida que se completaron las reparaciones, las inspecciones de la ciudad arrojaron más luz sobre las mejoras internas adicionales que se requieren primero para abrir el edificio. Desafortunadamente, este fue un gasto imprevisto para PNC.

El generoso apoyo de PNC Bank ha sido fundamental para permitirnos usar este espacio todos estos años. Ahora, estamos buscando su asociación continua para permitirnos asumir el adicional para restaurar el edificio a su antigua gloria. Nuestra visión no es solo solucionar los problemas estructurales, sino crear un espacio aún más inclusivo y accesible para todos.

Creemos firmemente que juntos, como una comunidad unida, podemos demostrarle a PNC Bank el inmenso valor que este centro tiene en nuestras vidas.
