Snapchat has been necessity in the youth for several years, and there are countless representatives of the app that are here to vouch for it, the reasoning in this petition is not to tear down Snapchat. It is simply just to enable a new feature and give choice to

it’s users, there are many like-minded individuals that  have expressed discern with the Snapchat Discovery feature. Individuals that have removed Instagram, TikTok and Facebook to avoid their trap that is scrolling. It is understood that some people favor these features and spend their time scrolling within these listed apps having no problem with it, but there is an equal majority that has grown overwhelmingly irritated with not being able to choose what is displayed on their Snapchat, especially when it becomes habitual to scroll to the right and get caught in the loop of videos. That is why this petition has been made in hopes to have a feature created so the ones who have a surplus of timeless memories that have been saved to Snapchat, or even the ones who just don’t like the feature being forced into Snapchat have a choice.
