Allocate Special Fund to Enhance the STEM Tracks Immersion to Establish Real Workplace

Allocate Special Fund to Enhance the STEM Tracks Immersion to Establish Real Workplace
The Issue
Respectfully, to improve the implementation of the Work Immersion Program as stated under the Republic Act 10533, which is a hands on experience of work that must last 80 hour, the Government must allocate sufficient funding, especially to Public Schools to improve the implementation of the Academic Track STEM, the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics Work-Immersion Program, in adherence to the Section 10 of this RA which must be appropriated by the Department of Education (DepEd)
The current structure of the implementation of the RA 10533 or Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2013 limits the learners to a simulated and imitated work environment, especially activities such as capstone projects, which does not absolutely authenticate the RA objectives for a hands on workplace experience, necessary for a learners development.
In this state the Department must properly source the budget for the program, through the Annual National Budget, which was explicitly stated on the Section 10 of the RA. Moreover the Legislative Branch must also ameliorate the allocations through the Special Education Fund, leveraged by the Private-Public Partnership under the Republic 7160 Local Government Code of 1991.
In urgency, this prioritization is not just a demand, but rather a necessity for every learners of the nation to experience a quality of education free from limitation and exclusivity. This allocation and funding is a critical step to diminish the gap between the failures and the objectives of the program, through achieving a Enhanced Basic Education as a standalone portion of their Senior High School Life, in behalf of the next generation to come.
