Points of Concern with 2013 Rezoning:

1) Boon will be OVER capacity by 2014 - 2015 school year

2) Quail Run residents will have to commute PAST Cheatham to get to Boon which is FARTHER away from our Community

3) Our children will have to be transported through the new Bus Barn traffic daily to get to school since Exchange is our primary route option to Boon

4) Our Community is the ONLY current Cheatham attendance that will be separated completely from the existing Cheatham community today and the ONLY community to go change feeder middle schools to Ereckson

5) 2009 zoning estimates were off over 200 students for Cheatham - 2012 projected was 763 and actual is 984. Highly concerned we will be in over capacity classrooms at Boon and rezoned AGAIN

6) It is psychologically damaging for our kids to be completely separated from their entire peer group for elementary and middle school

7) Will be the 3rd school for our kids in 5 years

8) We don't want to go to another OVER capacity CLASSROOM situation AGAIN, even if the school isn't over capacity immediately some classes likely will be. We pay very high taxes to have our classrooms overcrowded
