Chico is 15months old been with us since he was 4 weeks My fiance is Hispanic he 43 no kids i have 2 but cant have no more kids we Said we raise Chico together he was having some behavioral issues But has Never Showed harm or Viciousness Towards anyone he was Raised with 4 older Chihuahuas My Dad Disabled My Only Brother Billy was Murdered Found Dead in River 3 Days Before Christmas 12/22/2015 My Stepmom of 27 years Died Lung Cancer and he Lost Both his Brothers And Lost his Poodle Dog to a Stroke all within 4 years And now Chico has been Put in Animal Shelter They had him 12 days he got Loose they said held 2 old people on porch which guy had gun threatened kill Chico all time he calls 911 cop shows up said chico came at him but he was on way to court got 911 call vicious Dog Which whom had all Rights to Kill if he was so threatened by Chico why didn't anyone shoot if he was such threat?And they told us get chico out house after Cop massed him and 2 cops besides one Chico tried to Attack And Mr fryman Animal Control told my Fiance put him in car we are taking him u have 2 option charge with harboring vicious animal and something else and go to Court which we wouldn't win be fined bunch money or let them take him he make sure he gets Rescued he wouldn't be killed but either way we cant have him back but i was such Emotional mess couldnt hardley. Breath talk or stand they were taking my family my child who has never been away from us he sleeps at bottom of my dads bed right next him every night despite the smaller dogs attacks him every time he got in bed being jealous Chico has never put scratch on any of them Has Never Bite Anyone there is people that there dogs have actually bitten someone and they still able have there dog with certain restrictions but they dont even want to work with me at all my Baby can only be Rescued he Dont need Rescued he needs be with his family i have offered to take obedience classes for him to make fence higher even cement his chain down to ground i admited are mistakes not taking warnings serious and i didnt realize To now that i know my Dog i know how he is so gentle kind But other people Dont know my Dog and his size And being labled Vicious PitBull who are so misunderstood and not given a chance they have to be killers but my Dog has never ever showed signs no type viciousness he wasnt raised that way he still so young Hardheaded we have learned are lessons and are so sorry beleive me i felt him being scared away from home never slept outside he dont need be there he has a place here my dad needs him he hasnt ate not even 5 full course meals since chico been gone doesnt want get up all he does cry for chico he fell broke femur bone first broken bone in 60 years he cant funtion without him he is greiving his self to Death i got a Shock collar reaches over 1,100 feet which im totaly against but was making steps keep him up it came in mail same day they took him from us he is losing weight i know he misses us he crys when we visit they say he would probably go out of state BUT i thought we were supposed to do whats best for animal how taking him away from loving home And he has Never Bite killed no animals nothing he just gets out and explores but i dont have chance getting him back why?They said you cant win either way so basically i felt if i didnt sign papers my dog wouldn't live are  heart aches for him Please just help bring chico home i am so motivated and i dont give up on people i love Chico is are family we need him as much as he needs us and will do whatever it takes to get him back please help us ty FREE CHICO!!!
