It isn't fair that hard working Cypress residents are being wrongfully charged toll violations each time they drive Grand Parkway between I-10 & 290. EZ Tag/TxTag customers are having to spend hours calling between EZ Tag/TxTag to resolve a problem that isn't the customer's fault. In addition to having to spend hours during their work day having to fix these bogus charges, EZ Tag/ TxTag is STILL requiring customers to pay the collection penalty charges. Here is what we are asking: (1) All bogus violations/fees associated with these violations be deleted from our EZ Tag/TxTag accounts without going into collections. (2) An easier system should be put in place to deal with this issue. (3) The toll cameras should not charge customers until the cause of the bogus toll violations is officially identified and resolved.
