This petition is to ask Allegiant Stadium, in partnership with the Las Vegas Raiders, to allow the fans to access the parking lots, and park their vehicles, as early as 9:00am next Sunday, January 9, to allow for pregame festivities. My hope is to see the Stadium management and operators allow access to the parking lots seven (7) hours before kickoff time at all future Las Vegas Raiders football games. 

Next Sunday Night, January 9, at 5:20pm, the Las Vegas Raiders will host the Los Angeles Chargers at Allegiant Stadium, in an NFL AFC showdown, with the winner earning the seventh and final seed/berth in the NFL AFC Playoff tournament bracket this 2021-2022 season. The final game of the regular season will be an important one for both teams, with heavy playoff tournament implications: Win, and be in the playoffs, or lose, and "go home" as their season will end. Fans of both teams will be in attendance and contribute to an expected sellout crowd of 65,000. As of Sunday, January 2, at 10:45pm, the only tickets available for purchase are through the secondary market, on outlets such as Ticketmaster Verified Resale, Stub Hub, and others. With an expected capacity crowd, parking spaces will be limited, and the parking lots will be expected to also fill to capacity well before kickoff time.

Allegiant Stadium, in partnership with the Las Vegas Raiders, operating under their inaugural season with fans being allowed inside the beautiful, state-of-the-art stadium, is currently opening all parking lots for fans and their vehicles, four (4) hours before kickoff time.

This petition is to ask Allegiant Stadium, and the Las Vegas Raiders, to allow for the fans to access the parking lots, and park their vehicles, as early as 9:00am next Sunday, January 9, to allow for pregame festivities, such as tailgating and all other safe gatherings. This will allow the fans to partake in all pregame festivities hosted by Allegiant Stadium, the Raiders, and their sponsors, in and around Allegiant Stadium, and allow fans to enjoy the modern marvel that is the Stadium in the heart of Las Vegas. This will also allow fans to enter the stadium sooner to enjoy all of the indoor events and showings (any and all Raiders Media productions, Salute of the Flags, the National Anthem, etc.) and actively participate in, what will be, a historic evening for fans of both teams, both the Chargers and Raiders organizations, the NFL, the City of Las Vegas and State of Nevada. Also of note, this will allow fans who will require alternative screenings, to visit the booths (tents) around Allegiant Stadium sooner, to ensure that they can access the Stadium in a timely manner, and enjoy the football game safely, while following all protocols mandated by the State of Nevada, Clark County, the Raiders, and Allegiant Stadium. 

Allegiant Stadium is not only a venue - it is an attraction. I've attended three Raiders games, and one UNLV Football game in 2021, and have enjoyed my experience each and every time. The Stadium staff, from security around the Stadium, ushers, concessioneers and parking attendants, have treated me as if I'm part of their family. The food options are numerous and incredible! The sights are amazing! The entire experience is outstanding! Next Sunday, many fans, from Oakland, Los Angeles, and across the nation, will meet in Las Vegas to enjoy the same experience. I ask the Las Vegas Raiders, and Allegiant Stadium, to allow for the fans to park their vehicles, and arrive onto Stadium grounds, as early as 9:00am to allow for the participation and enjoyment of an important ritual of a football gameday - the pregame tailgate.
