Allegiant Air: End the hate and discrimination now

My husband Joey and I lost our jobs because we are gay. We were working for Allegiant Air where we faced an environment of homophobia and threats of physical violence. In the end, it would cost us our jobs. We’ve spent the last two years fighting back, but the hatred continues for those who work there. It’s time Allegiant Air to end the hate.

Our former colleagues have told us of how pilots at Allegiant Air continue to refer to flight attendants as 'fags', 'hags’, and 'trannies'. Despite being reported to Allegiant management many times, they refuse to put an end to the rampant discrimination. That is why we are calling on them to publicly recognize the culture of hate and announce a comprehensive plan to end it. The below screenshot is actual text messages from a pilot at Allegiant air using racial slurs about fellow employees. This is widespread and needs to stop now!
