First of all, thank you for your support and taking the time to read this. Please keep sharing our petition and forward it to anyone that you know. We are still pushing for change. As of recent, Allegiant asked the court to didmiss Johnny's case based on a technicality and was sucessful in that motion. We will be fining a seperate case for Johnny within the very near future. Joeys case is still in the federal court sustem and we are headed to jury trial in December as of now, unless Allegiant decides to step up and  make this right. We want Allegiant to not only make us whole, but especially to change policies to ensure that this never happens to another employee. This is widespread and we are not an isolated case, however someone has to take a stand and say enough! Again, thank you for your support and please reach out if you have any questions.
