For years, Pigeons have been the birds to rag on. They are called street rats, they are chased by small children, and they take up general inhabited areas.

However, I believe their name no longer suits them. With Pokemon hunting becoming a real activity, the worlds between these two creatures are melding together. People have a new found appreciation for just how obnoxious Pidgey actually is, and how much it represents the bird we call "Pigeon".
