The kiwi.com travel brokers have found a way to profit from people who have suffered from their plans having to change due to the current global health crisis. Either through thier own plans having to change or airlines cancelling or rescheduling. The end result being forced to take worthless kiwi credits only a third of the monetary value originally spent. This is illegal in most countries but somehow they continue to rob people and get away with it!
