"The Constitution of this Republic should make special provision for medical freedom. To restrict the art of healing to one class will constitute the Bastille of medical science. Unfortunately, this did not happen at the Constitutional Convention, so the nightmare that Dr. Benjamin Rush predicted would happen, has happened. It turns out that a significant financial element in the United States was one of the major stockholders in the huge German Chemical Cartel, IG Farben. IG Farben made the tetra-ethyl leaded gasoline that fueled the German Luftwaffe fighters and bombers which were bombing the Allied countries and shooting down Allied (including American) fighters and bombers. The Allied bombers could not understand why they were prohibited from bombing the IG Farben tetraethyl leaded gasoline production capability in the Ruhr Valley that was fueling the German planes that were killing American soldiers, British, French, etc. It was because the "Rockefellers" were major stockholders in IG Farben! This petition for medical freedoms must have these most necessary clauses at the minimum:

"Denial of freedom of choice in medical care, which leads to the death of anyone, constitutes murder. When it causes the deaths of large numbers of people, as it has been doing all along, it is mass murder. Any and all persons who cause the death of any persons by limiting access to medical care (including by overregulation and free market restriction), by denying alternatives of the patients' choosing (as well as family and friends choosing) are subject to all of the provisions of the Nuremberg Code, are subject to trial for murder and mass murder, and are most certainly all subject to the death penalty, preferably by public hanging, which was the preferred method of public execution at Nuremberg. Special provision must also be made, this time, that the high level perpetrators not be allowed to get away, but that they be the ones most thoroughly prosecuted, punished, and executed as a deterrent to any such future conduct and criminality. Any interference with with the proper prosecution and punishment of such criminals shall subject those who interfered with such process to similar prosecution and death penalty. This type of criminal conduct shall be eliminated from the face of the earth.
