Oil and diesel spillages are potentially hazardous. It is a threat to the life of the motorist. From past 3 days there is oil spill on the road near Dindoshi, Goregaon opposite to Shagun mall.

On the very first day there was so much of oil on the road that even the cars where skidding. Me along with more bikers had a fall with several others to follow. Complaint was registered about the spill but there was no quick action from any of the teams(police , Indian oil company or any other responsible for it).

My bike was damaged and so was my right arm and leg. After covering the area from mud on the day 1, there was again oil spill on day 2 and today as well(date being 29th may 2014).

Why we the motorist have to take the burden of all the damages and sometimes even the life becuase of your negligence??? why????

Isnt it a crime? and many countries that i read, the tanker carrying the oil are charged with criminal records if there is any spill on the road..

Dont you oil companies respect the life of others, specially those who have lost their lifes and were the only sole bread earner of their family.

This may look a small issue for you, but for us its a game for our life. If you cant stop it, then atleast take some measures to clear the roads or any signs which will help motorist to avoid the accidents.

This petition is not only to Indian Oil but to all the oil companies who dont bother and risk the life of the citizens.
