I was falsely banned from mc.hypixel.net for 'security alert'?

I got a VPN a few weeks before rejoining Hypixel and every time i joined hypixel it told me i joined from another location because every time i log onto my VPN it changes my IP to something different, so the admins thought i was IP-banned and blacklisted me from hypixel thinking i was evading Ban-IPs which is ridiculous really

I really want to be unbanned from my favourite server and be able to play with my Friends every day!!
