This week David Mundell announced the setting up of UK Government “hubs” in both Edinburgh and Glasgow, with the former due to open in March 2020.

These will both incorporate “Cabinet Meeting Rooms”, and Mundell stated that he will “very much look forward to inviting the Cabinet to meet in the building once it is open for business”.

This is outrageous, clearly constitutes an immediate and deliberate imposed threat to the autonomy of our democratically elected Scottish Government at Holyrood, and should be resisted with determination and vigour. If you agree, please sign and share widely.
