Congress had the opportunity to protect our votes   but the Republicans in Congress, decided to vote against the bill  that would have updated our current system, in the States.  We the people are demanding every State to use  paper ballots we need a paper trail.   For Congress  to sit idle and not act on  Russia interference knowing all the  intelligent agencies, stated without a doubt that Russia interfered in our democracy,  leaves us to believe the  Republican Congress, is complicit.
