Yesterday in the Budgetary Speech FM mentioned that " Many decades Tax evasion was a way of life  for many" but however during this  period a bunch people largely the salaried class whose entire income is very much transparent were religiously complying with all taxation laws of the country. Their all incomes were taxed & this class happily without raising voice contributed in nation buildings but no successive government understood the pain of this  class  & burdened more & more to the working class. When I look back , almost a working professional shed away 50% of his/her income in terms of taxation ( IT 30%+, Service Tax+ other taxes) , where as self employed groups, rich farmers & many such have not to dole out such hard earned money. The current proposals in the Budget is ANTI WORKING CLASS Govt should rationalise Tax Structure by undoing with the proposed Surcharges as well reducing rates of IT from each slabs.
