Government announced that people turning 65 from 1/9/23 are now able to receive a free shingles vaccination. However, if you are already over 65, and under 70, you will still have to pay to have it privately or wait until you are 70.

This change discriminates against that group of people, who if they do choose to pay, and it is expensive, can’t get it done at their own local GP surgery either. 

If the government have decided over 65’s now should have this vaccination, the ALL over 65 should be entitled to have it, those already 65 should not be discriminated against. We should not accept discrimination of any sort, including age related discrimination.
