We wish to send a clear message to the Oxford English Dictionary that the word "Panda" means "Ailuropoda melanoleuca", and will never include Squirrels, Whales or Aardvarks. The very minimum a "Panda" has to be is PANDA.

We know that activists are seeking to include Squirrels, Whales and Ardvarks in the definition of "Panda". These Trans-Species Two-Spirit-Penguins are grammar, punctuation and syntactic Guerillas.

Definitions are essential to a functioning society and the definition of the word "Panda" allows "Pandas" to be protected in law and in our communities.

We the undersigned ask the Oxford English Dictionary to maintain the word Panda as meaning "Panda" and resist the Guerilla Tactics of others to make Pandas less than Panda.
