All Iranians Message: (microsoft) Adding Iran to supported countries

The Issue

Iran is not supported by many 

services:

- Microsoft Store 

- Features

- Add Language Persian to many service (bing - Forum Support and...)

- Iran Blocks fix IP to access Microsoft Store Windows 8 and 8.1

- Please Fix the Windows Phone Service  blocks

so please  remove any services blocked for Iranian IP Address.

Please remove Microsoft sanctioned country.
