We know that klaus is going to die in the originals 5*13 . But it doesn't mean he can't be brought back to life in legacies . There's a loophole for everything . We brought Caroline into this show earlier and we won that battle but it hasn't come to a satisfying end as we all know . We can do this again and  give klaus a happy ending he deserves .
