We tragically lost our 6 year old healthy athletic beautiful son on May 8th to a senseless accident when he was struck by an atv in a public park meant for him to play. We are seeking to have the laws changed in the ATV industry as far as installing mandatory speed trackers  as well as requiring a  liability insurance policy for owners and riders. We also would like to have mandatory surveillance in public parks, and ban the use of them in any public place.  No child should have to worry about losing their life while being free in a park which are meant for the joy of children not the heartbreak of families. Anything that can be enforced and changed in Carter’s honor will be a victory in our eyes and for the kids of the future.  God bless
